Terms & Conditions
By registering a participant for any program, clinic, camp, training session, league, private lesson, or event offered by Inter-Missouri Players Academy, LLC ("IMPA," "Academy," "we," "our," or "us"), the participant and/or parent or legal guardian ("Participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration and Eligibility
All registrations are subject to acceptance by the Academy.
Participants must provide accurate and complete registration information. The Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
The Academy may establish age, skill level, and other eligibility requirements for participation in specific programs.
2. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full by the stated registration deadline unless an approved payment plan has been established.
Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received.
The Academy reserves the right to suspend participation or deny future registrations for accounts with outstanding balances.
Any returned checks or declined payments may be subject to additional processing fees.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participant Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated for a specific program:

During program: Refunds will be pro-rated based upon the number of days attended
Medical Withdrawals
Refund requests due to injury or illness may be considered upon submission of written documentation from a licensed medical provider. Approved refunds may be prorated based on the portion of the program completed.
Academy Cancellations
The Academy reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule, or combine programs due to insufficient enrollment, facility issues, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, participants may receive a credit, transfer, makeup session, or refund at the Academy's discretion.
4. Attendance and Make-Up Sessions
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time.
No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are guaranteed for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond the Academy's control.
The Academy may, but is not obligated to, offer make-up opportunities when available.
5. Weather Policy
Outdoor programs may be modified, postponed, relocated, or canceled due to weather conditions, field conditions, lightning, extreme temperatures, air quality concerns, or other safety-related factors.
The Academy will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes; however, participant safety shall always take priority.
6. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and appropriate behavior toward coaches, officials, teammates, opponents, spectators, and staff.
The Academy reserves the right to remove, suspend, or dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise detrimental to the program environment.
No refund shall be issued for dismissals resulting from disciplinary action.
7. Parent and Spectator Conduct
Parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to support a positive youth sports environment.
The Academy reserves the right to remove any spectator whose behavior is inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, threatening, or inconsistent with the Academy's values and policies.
Repeated violations may result in participant suspension or removal from Academy programs.
8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, physical contact, equipment failures, weather-related hazards, and other circumstances that may result in injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death.
By registering, participants and parents acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for participation.
9. Medical Responsibility
Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate health insurance coverage.
The Academy does not provide medical insurance for participants.
Parents and guardians are responsible for informing the Academy of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or limitations that may affect participation.
10. Photography and Media Release
Unless otherwise prohibited in writing, participants grant the Academy permission to photograph, record, and use images, video, audio recordings, testimonials, and likenesses for promotional, educational, marketing, social media, and business purposes without compensation.
Parents wishing to opt out must submit a written request before participation begins.
11. Intellectual Property
All Academy training materials, curriculum, videos, logos, branding, and related content remain the exclusive property of Inter-Missouri Players Academy, LLC.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, record, publish, or commercially exploit Academy materials without prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, the Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in Academy programs.
The Academy's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
13. Compliance with Policies
Participants agree to comply with all Academy policies, procedures, safety rules, codes of conduct, and facility requirements, whether communicated verbally, electronically, or in writing.
The Academy reserves the right to modify policies as needed to ensure safety and operational effectiveness.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
Any legal action arising out of participation in Academy programs shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Missouri.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By registering for any Inter-Missouri Players Academy program, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
